LGBTQIA+ & relationship-affirming therapy
Therapy that makes room for everyone.
Your identity or relationship structure is not a problem to be solved. The Elaris Group offers affirming online therapy for LGBTQIA+ people, people exploring their identities, and those in polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous, or nontraditional relationships.

You should not have to explain your humanity before the work can begin.
You will not be asked to defend who you are or how your relationship is structured. Our work focuses on the concerns bringing you to therapy, whether they involve identity, communication, intimacy, boundaries, trust, family dynamics, or something entirely unrelated.
Affirming care does not mean making assumptions about you. It means listening carefully, respecting the language you use for yourself and your relationships, and creating space for honest conversations without judgment.
How we can help
Support for identity, relationships, and real life.
- Identity and self-understanding
- Coming out or deciding when and how to share your identity
- Anxiety, grief, and major life transitions
- Communication, boundaries, and relationship agreements
- Jealousy, trust, attachment, and emotional safety
- Polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships
- Family relationships and chosen family
- Navigating discrimination, rejection, or cultural expectations
- Relationship transitions, separation, and rebuilding
- Concerns that have nothing to do with identity or relationship structure
Relationships do not have to look traditional to deserve thoughtful support.
Healthy relationships are built through communication, consent, honesty, accountability, and care. Those principles matter whether a relationship includes two people or more, follows a traditional structure, or is being defined by the people within it.
Therapy can provide space to explore what is working, identify patterns that are creating conflict, clarify expectations, and make decisions that reflect your values.
Our approach
Affirming, culturally conscious, and practical.
Our work is collaborative and grounded in respect for your lived experience. We consider identity, culture, relationships, family, community, and the systems surrounding you without reducing you to any one part of your story.
You do not have to arrive with everything figured out. You only need a willingness to begin honestly.
