About this notice
This notice explains the public Elaris Group website. It is separate from the Notice of Privacy Practices and consent documents provided for clinical services. Visiting this website does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
Optional traffic counting
With your permission, our website increments one daily page-view total across our public home and affirming-therapy pages. The analytics database stores only a date and a count. It does not store your name, IP address, device identifier, location, referral source, page address, search terms, or information you type. There are no advertising pixels, session recordings, or visitor profiles in this counter. Repeat visits and reloads may count again; totals do not represent unique people.
The counter runs on our website hosting infrastructure, using Cloudflare storage through Sites. Like other website requests, the counting request passes through hosting providers, which necessarily process connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the service. This is separate from the daily totals stored by our counter. We do not use those totals to target advertising or identify clients.
Your choices and browser storage
Optional counting stays off unless you choose “Allow page-view counting.” You may decline without affecting access to the site or contact services. Use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any public page to change your decision. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling this optional counter. Withdrawing permission stops future counting; an earlier contribution cannot be singled out or deleted from a combined total.
Our counter sets no analytics cookies. We use browser local storage to remember your privacy choice for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage removes that preference. If storage is blocked, we may ask again. Our active analytics database keeps up to 90 days of daily totals, with older totals removed when the counter or owner report next runs.
Contact services and outside websites
Our home page loads a SimplePractice contact widget. Loading this service makes a connection to SimplePractice even if you decline our optional counter. SimplePractice may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Information you choose to submit through its contact service is handled within that service and is not read or recorded by our analytics counter.
Review SimplePractice’s privacy policy. Links to social networks, Psychology Today, email, and other outside services are governed by those providers’ policies. Please avoid sending sensitive clinical details by ordinary email.
Hosting and security
Hosting and security providers process technical request information to operate, deliver, and protect this website. Their operational logs and retention are separate from the optional aggregate counter. A cookie choice is not a HIPAA authorization to disclose protected health information.
